January Sadly saying goodbye to Daniel in Ireland. The day was a beautiful one and it looks as it has been specifically chosen for his funeral. I must say how grateful I am to have such lovely people who supported me when I needed them. And that is a big bless.
February This is the flat in Highbury, where I lived for 6 years and I will stay here until August. This place is full of nice memories and of course it will always be part of me. it is very hard to leave, but I am sure I will find another place that I will happy to live in, a place I can call it Home.
March Rob came from Bournemouth to take me to dinner for my birthday, and it was a very kind gesture. We enjoyed the evening very well and going to the pub lately to see more friends. It was a great birthday I will never forget. The later in the week we organized a party at home with friends.
April Johnnie came to London and I gave him a personal tour. He really enjoyed the city and all the tourist places, especially the pub, where he met all my friends. We also went to some West End shows and some Museums as well. He would like to come back again, he mentioned.
May Had nice trip with David to Suffolk. He has become an important person in my life and I hope we can go a little bit further... but time will tell. Started getting to meet new people was part of my new life and I am enjoying it very much. So far so good as they say
June Had a brake from London and went to Egypt in search of peace. Didn't find my fortune as the book [The Alchemist] said, but just reassuring that London is the place I want to live. Egypt is a fascinating place and full of magic, you only have to listen to the wind.
July Had a nice little trip to Paris with my sister , first time for her in paris, so we went all over the main attractions of this wonderful city. I always feel like being in my own city when I am in Paris, because Buenos Aires has this style of architecture and the food is great as well.
August Went to Manchester to take part in the Pride Games football competition, although I haven't been playing for a long time, Paul and Gavin insisted on my going and playing for them. In spite of the injuries and the pain between the matches, we won the tournament.
September Having a great party at Thomas with friends. we had a great time and the food was wonderful particularly Faisal 's curry. It's great to have good friends and always enjoy having great times with them. Also the company of others was a good thing as well. Overall, a good memory in our lives.
October Being injured in football didn't stop me in doing my other favourite sport, that is volleyball. I used to play in the beach, at school and for my university in Argentina. In that way I managed to keep someway fit, though at my age nothing seems to be fit anymore.. LOL
November I had this idea of getting people together in my mind and finally I decided to give it a go. Choosing the venue and the date, Forty people attended my first "G11 Gathering", my first one. The food and wine was great and everybody enjoyed it. Sure I will do the second one next year.
December Here in the UK you can enjoy the 4 seasons, but winter time is not my favourite one, but I try not to suffer much from the cold. But you can make most of it by staying at home and watching a film or the internet, or going to warm places around the world. But this winter, I need to save money!

It is with great sadness to announce that my partner Daniel Twomey passed away on Monday morning last, 31 January 2005. We had just celebrated 6 years together full of love, laughter and of course plenty of drama. Daniel will be greatly missed by me, his many friends both social and professional and of course by his family here in London and in Ireland.
Daniel was my life companion for 6 years. He was Born in Ballymakeera, Ireland, he was 67. He worked as a psychotherapist but also has worked as a musician as that was his first degree. We met when I was on holidays for the first time in Europe in 1999. We lived together in London.
From many things life has taught me, there is no more terrible sin than not to have felt love and Daniel did it unconditionally but also for the first time in my life I learnt to love a person with all my heart and soul. Three words have never been more appropriate, Daniel I love you, today, tomorrow and forever.
